2. The respondent-husband had filed HMOP.No.46 of 2024 on the file of the Family Court at Salem for divorce on the ground of mental cruelty and desertion.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.
4. The learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the respondent has no objection to the transfer being ordered.
5. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and HMOP No.46 of 2024, pending on the file of Family Court, Salem is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court at Tiruppur.
