CMP.A.Nos.490 of 2015 & 581 of 2023 in CP No.17 of 2006 N.SENTHILKUMAR, J The learned counsel for the Resolution Professional submits that the order of this Court dated 19.09.2025 made in Comp.A.Nos.490 of 2015 & 581 of 2023 in CP.No.17 of 2004 was challenged before the Division Bench.

According to the learned counsel for the Resolution Professional and the Official Liquidator, the same got disposed of on 25.09.2025.

2. For Production of the order copy, post this case on 10.10.2025.

Meanwhile, there is no bar for the Official Liquidator to proceed further in preparing the e-auction, if the matter is not stayed by the Hon'ble Division Bench.
