This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.12156 of dated 23.05.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court and he further submitted that chargesheet and final report also has been filed.

3.Considering the said submissions and the investigation has been completed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
