This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners shall stay at Erode and report before the Erode Town Police Station at 10.30 A.M., for a period of two weeks and thereafter report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 A.M., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.25864 of 2022 dated 20.10.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission and the investigation has been completed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
