Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the representation dated 18.01.2016 given by the petitioner within a time frame to be fixed by this Honourable Court.

ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking for a direction, directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the representation dated 18.01.2016 given by the petitioner.
2.The petitioner was given employment in the Government Girls Hostel, Erode, vide proceedings L.Dis./1821/70, dated 30.06.1970 of the Adi Dravidar Welfare Officer, Coimbatore District. Her service was not regularised till the year 1977.
After rendering 30 years of service, he retired on 30.06.2003. It is the grievance of the petitioner that she was not granted with the retirement benefits. Therefore, she has made repeated representations to the respondents 1 and 3 seeking their indulgence to issue suitable orders for receiving the retirement benefits. As the representation of the petitioner was not considered, she came forward with this petition. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has produced similar orders passed by the respondents in regard to one C.Kozhanthaisamy, who retired from service like the petitioner, after getting selection grade, Special Grade and Super grade and was issued with the retirement benefits. On the basis of the above said order, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner prayed for similar orders in the present Writ Petition.
4.Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.
5. In the same line, the petitioner's case has to be considered by looking into the representation of the petitioner dated 18.01.2016. Therefore, the case of the petitioner also deserves to be considered in the light of the proceedings dated 05.02.2015 issued by the 3rd respondent.
In the light of the proceedings dated 05.02.2015, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to furnish a copy of the representation dated 18.01.2016 along with a copy of the order dated 05.02.2015 to the 3rd respondent within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.01.2016 within a period of four weeks on merits and in accordance with law.
