ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent herein to make an enquiry and take action against the respondents 5 to 21 based on the petitioner's complaints dated 24.10.2025 and 12.12.2025 within a stipulated time.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner and his family members have been continuously harassed and threatened by the respondents 5 to 21, who are usurious money-lenders. They are conducting katta panchayat. The petitioner is also unable to stay in his house. He has also been forced to shift his children from one school to another. Therefore, the petitioner has sent complaints on 24.10.2025 and 12.12.2025 to the respondents 1 to 4. Since no action has been taken so far, the present Writ Petitions has been filed.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that the petitioner has sent representations to the official respondents through post as well as through online. The complaints sent to the respondents 1 and 2 have been forwarded to the third respondent for enquiry and the same are pending on the file of the third respondent. The third respondent has attempted to reach the petitioner in the address and the phone number given in the complaint, however, he was unable to reach him. He further submitted that if the petitioner appears for enquiry, the representations of the petitioner will be considered and disposed of within a period of four weeks. 4.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1to 4. 5.

Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 4, without going into the merits of the matter, this Court directs the third respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 24.10.2025 and 12.12.2025 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
