J U D G M E N T
This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal arises out of the Judgment and Decree dated 12.08.2010 made in M.C.A.T.O.P.No.128 of 2007 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Additional District and Sessions Judge (IV Fast Track Court), Chennai.
2. When the case was listed on 17.06.2021, there was no representation on the side of the appellant and this Court adjourned the matter to be heard on 24.06.2021. Even during the last hearing, i.e. on 16.02.2022, none appeared on behalf of the appellant. Therefore, this Court passed an order directing the Registry to list the matter under the caption, 'for dismissal' on 17.02.2022.

3. Even today, i.e.17.02.2022, when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared for the appellant. Thus, it is evident that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the matter. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal in C.M.A.No.3442 of 2013 stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
