O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus to direct the first respondent to consider and pass orders on merits by disposing the representation made by the petitioner on 11.12.2017 within a stipulated time.

2. During the course of hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 on instructions submits that the representation of the petitioner dated 11.12.2017 was already considered and passed an order on 20.11.2019 itself. But she stated that the said order is not communicated to the petitioner.

3. Considering the same, in our view, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition, as already the representation of the petitioner has been considered. 4. 2/4

However, considering the fact that the order dated 20.11.2019 was not communicated to the petitioner, it is appropriate to direct the second respondent to communicate the order dated 20.11.2019 to the petitioner within a period of one week from today.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.

6. There shall be no order as to costs.
