O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order of suspension dated 27.06.2006.

2.After the writ petition was filed, it transpires that based on the order passed in a criminal case wherein the petitioner was convicted, an enquiry was initiated against the petitioner with regard to removal from service and on the basis of the enquiry, he was dismissed from service by order dated 05.08.2015, which was also confirmed in appeal. 3.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
