This petition has been filed seeking direction to the 3rd respondent/the Inspector of Police, Madipakkam Police Station at Keezhkattalai, Chennai - 117, to give police protection to the petitioner and her representatives at the time of fencing to protect and safe guard the property from the 4th respondent and her representatives.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents/Police submits that the Police has already given protection to the petitioner and if the petitioner needs police https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

protection at the time of fencing the property, the petitioner shall give a representation to the respondents/Police for Police protection and after receipt of the representation, they will consider the same subject to exigencies and as per the requirement of law.
