This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent Police on every Wednesday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months in Crl.M.P.No.18840 of 2022 by order dated 14.12.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission and the charge sheet has been filed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months and also appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail. 13.02.2023 vkr https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
