This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the Rent Control and Principal District Munsif, Coimbatore to dispose of the Rent Application numbered as RLTOP No.62 of 2022 pending on its file on merits.

2. Heard Mr.M.S.Thomas T.Jacob, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. A bare perusal of the records would indicate that R.L.T.O.P.No.62 of 2022 is pending on the file of the Rent Control and Principal District Munsif, Coimbatore, for more than six months due for the mediation report. When such being the position, this Court cannot give direction to the Rent Control and Principal District Munsif, Coimbatore, for early disposal of the proceedings in Rent Application.
