ORDER

The petitioner is challenging the order of the 2nd respondent granting permanency to the respondents 3 to 59.

2.At the time of admission, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner relied on the interim order granted by this Court in W.M.P.No.11857 of 2001 in W.P.No.8338 of 2001. The said Writ Petition along with other Writ Petitions involving the same issue was considered by this court and by elaborate order dated 29.01.2010, this Court dismissed the Writ Petition Nos.2329 of 2000 & etc., batch. The reasoning in the said order dated 29.01.2010 made by this Court is squarely applicable to the facts of the present case.

3.In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as devoid of merits. No costs.
