When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the writ petitioner is already represented by the Union in I.D. No.106 of 2000 pending before the Industrial Tribunal seeking absorption as Helpers.

2. In view of the above, since the issue is pending before the Industrial Tribunal, the petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court to challenge the order of the Industrial Tribunal, in case he aggrieved.

3.With the above direction, this Writ petition is disposed of. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed if any. No Costs.
