ORDER

This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 29.04.2008 made in M.P.No.1 of 2008 in W.P.No.11175 of 2008.

2.By order dated 16.09.2014, the parties were directed to agitate their right under Section 17(b) of the I.D.Act before the appropriate court. However, the contempt petition is posted today.

3.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the respondent failed to comply with the order passed by this Court with regard to Section 17(b) of the I.D.Act and therefore, they have committed contempt. 4.As per the order dated 16.09.2014, the respondent disputed the allegation of the petitioner that he was not deemed to be employed and therefore, I directed the parties to agitate their right before the appropriate court. Hence, no further order is required and this contempt petition is closed.
