J U D G M E N T

The learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the appellant, filed the memo stating as follows:- "It is humbly submitted that the undersigned has filed vakalat on behalf of the appellant above named along with another counsel Mr.N.Mani. The case was handled by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Mr.N.Mani as the appellant was his client.

Unfortunately, Mr.N.Mani passed away on 25.1.2013 and the family members have returned the bundles to the respective clients after his demise. Under these circumstances, the undersigned counsel has no case papers in the office and hence it is necessary to record this memo and direct the registry to send notice to the parties and thus render justice."

2. In view of the abovesaid memo dated 16.11.2018, filed by the learned counsel for the appellant, the Second Appeal stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
