PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 439 (2) of Cr.P.C praying to cancel the anticipatory bail dated 07.01.2022 passed in Crl.MP.No.28 of 2022 by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Perambalur in Crime No.258 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent police.

ORDER

The petitioner filed this petition to cancel anticipatory bail granted by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Perambalur, dated 07.01.2022, on the ground that after obtaining anticipatory bail, the accused threatened the defacto complainant and CSR registered.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has filed a counter wherein, it is stated that the petitioner herein has given a complaint against the accused in Crime No.258 of 2021 in CSR.No.10 of 2022. However, after enquiry, CSR was closed and advising the party to approach the Revenue Officials to settle the property dispute.

3.Taking note of the fact, this Court finds that there is no necessity for this Court to interfere with the anticipatory bail granted by the trial Court. Since this Court finds no breach of the bail condition, this petition is dismissed.
