ORDER
The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the trial court to dispose of the suit in OS. No. 41 of 2022 on the file of the II Additional District Judge, Salem.
2. The petitioner herein filed a suit for partition against the respondents.
3. A perusal of the e-court status filed in the typed set of papers would indicate that the pleadings of the parties were completed and issues were framed as early as 23.01.2023. Thereafter, the trial in the suit was commenced and the same is pending.
4. Taking into consideration the issues were framed as early as 23.01.2023 and the trial in the suit was commenced during March 2023, this Court is inclined to direct the trial court to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible.
5. With this direction, the civil revision petition stands disposed of. No costs.
