[Order of the Court by C.T.SELVAM, J.] Petitioner, who is the mother of the detenue viz., K.Divya, aged 27 years, sought production of her daughter.
2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner as also learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent.
3. The detenue/daughter of the petitioner as also petitioner are present before this Court. She informs that she had returned to the parental home and she is now under the care and custody of the petitioner.
4. Recording such position, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
