ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case with liberty to agitate the matter before the competent authority and has also made an endorsement in the revision petition.

2. In view of the submissions and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Revision Case stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to place his claim before the competent authority.
