In this matter, learned counsel for the appellant had already filed a petition informing that the appellant had not responded, despite communication sent to him and accordingly appellant being called and remaining absent, Registry was directed to list the matter today i.e., on 25.02.2019, under the caption "for dismissal", by printing the name of the appellant in the cause list.
