This application is filed by the petitioner, seeking permission to appoint a substitute arbitrator in the place of the Hon'ble Mr. Justice (Retd) A.S.Venkatachalamoorthy, who is unable to discharge his duties due to ill-health.

2. After hearing both sides and on consent, this Court appoints the Hon'ble Mr. Justice (Retd) K.P. Sivasubramaniam, having residence at No.47, Pulla Avenue, Shenoy Nagar, Chennai-600 030, as arbitrator in the place of the Hon'ble Mr.

Justice (Retd) A.S.Venkatachalamoorthy, to continue the arbitration proceedings. The learned Arbitrator is at liberty to fix the remuneration and other incidental expenses, which shall be borne by the parties equally.

3. This application is ordered accordingly.
