Let a rule of contempt as prayed for be issued against the contemnor, Thiru.S.Nandakumar. The rule is made returnable four weeks hence. Mr.V.Balamuralikrishnan, learned counsel, accepts service of rule. Hence, the immediate presence of the contemnor may not be necessary.
2.It is submitted on behalf of the contemnor that a review petition has been filed. The review petition will appear along with this matter on the adjourned date. Prima facie, it does not appear that review petition is of any merit.
