Roc.2455/2012/A2 dt 25.03.2013 passed by the 2nd respondent and consequentially directing the respondents to fix his Seniority at Salem Division in serial no.30, in the Revised Seniority List for the year 2006 for the cadre of Assistant, released on 15.09.2010, with reference to his date of appointment as Junior Assistant in Page No.1/4

Commercial Taxes Department and to include his name in the list of qualified candidates in the cadre of Assistant to the post of Deputy Commercial Tax Officer, for the year 2011 by placing in Serial No.373, in the additional list released on 07.08.2012 by granting all monetary benefits from 19.07.2012, when the similarly placed persons got the benefit, within a reasonable time to be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition stating the his client instructed him to withdraw the writ petition and has given a letter to the Registry.
