The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling upon the records relating to the impugned order in RC.No.10027/PR IV[3]/2010 in CPO No.4265/10 dated 13.11.2010 issued by the respondent, quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to reinstate the petitioner into service.

2. Heard Mr.Mr.C.Kasirajan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner; Mr.K.Rajendra Prasath, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the writ petition has become infructuous, since the impugned order of suspension has been cancelled and as a result, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner has been reinstated in to service, vide proceedings of the Additional Commissioner of Police, Head Quarters, Greater Chennai Police, dated 05.06.2017 and submitted a copy of the same.

4. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
