ORDER

Mr.P.Nedunchezhiyan, learned counsel takes notice for the first respondent and Mr.R.A.S.Senthilvel, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for Respondents 2 and 3. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The petitioner made a representation on 16.12.2016 alleging that there are certain bogus voters, whose names have been found in the voters list, required to be removed at the time of publishing the final list. As the said representation is yet to be considered, the petitioner has filed the above writ petition seeking direction to consider the same.

3. Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for coupled with the fact that representation having been made is still pending consideration with the third respondent, the said respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the said representation within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
