Respondent(s) PRAYER; This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Declaration, to declare that the licence granted to the petitioner bearing No.24/TNV in D.Dis.19003/74 is deemed to have been renewed in terms of the Tamil Nadu Kerosene control (Regulation of Trade) order 1973 and consequently, direct the respondents to renew the licence bearing No.24/TNV/74 in favour of the petition in terms of Rule 4(3) of the Tamil Nadu Keroses Control (Regulation of Trade) Order, 1973.
