PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for and examining the entire records relating to or connected with the proceedings of the 1st respondent herein in Na.Ka.No.Ni.Aa 2(4)/22666/2004 resulting in its order dated 21.05.2004 and to quash the same and forbearing the respondents herein from doing or causing to be done anything or taking any steps to dispossess the petitioner of the whole or any part of the piece of land of the extent of 42 cents comprised in Survey No.26/1, of vadakarai village, Ambathur Taluk, Thiruvallur District, otherwise than by due processes of law.
