Respondent Prayer: Originally this petition has been filed as Original Application No.5309 of 2002 before the TamilNadu Administrative Tribunal at Chennai and after abolition of TNAT, petition has been transferred and numbered as W.P.No.8385 of 2007. Petition filed praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the respondent in relation to his proceedings issued in Na.Ka.No.T1/4321/2002 dated 01.08.2002 and quash the same and issue a consequential direction to the respondent to refer the applicant to the Medical Board for proper examination and appoint as Warder Grade II.
