Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 4th respondent relating to his order No.TN/RECY/ESI_CP_16/51-8862 dated 19.01.2005 attaching the land and building bearing door No.100-102, Poonamalle High Road, Chennai - 84 and quash the same as being nonest in law and to forbear the respondents 2 to 4 from initiating taking or pursuing any coercive action against the petitioner or the property bearing Door No.100-102, Poonamallee High Road, Chennai - 84 for the default of the 1st respondent in the payment of ESI arrears.

When the matter is taken up for hearing Mrs.S.Jayakumari, learned counsel for the ESI Corporation would submit that the amount has been recovered and that the revocation order has been issued and the same has been furnished to the writ petitioner. The said submission has been affirmed by the learned counsel for the Petitioner herein.
2. In view of the above, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition. Accordingly writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently connected writ petition is also closed.
