O R D E R

The petitioner was suspended from service by order dated 11.10.2013 pending initiation of disciplinary proceedings. The petitioner submitted a representation dated 16.12.2013 requesting the second respondent to review the order of suspension. Since follow up action was not taken by the said respondent, the petitioner is before this court.

2. The second respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 16.12.2013 on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
