2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order of this Court dated 02.11.2021 has been complied with and the petitioner has received the last drawn wages under Section 17B of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, to the tune of Rs.4,84,120/-.

3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the disobedience alleged against the respondent cannot be termed as wilful in nature.
