J U D G M E N T
The learned counsel for the appellant made a submission that during the pendency of the Second Appeal, the parties to the lis on hand have settled the issues out of Court. However, the learned counsel for the respondent states that he has no instructions in this regard. In view of the fact that the appellant themselves states that the matter has already been settled, no purpose would be served by keeping the Second Appeal pending any further. Accordingly, the Second Appeal Stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
