Prayer: Original Application No.5169 of 2002 filed before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal at Chennai, on abolition, transferred to the file of this Court and renumbered as Writ Petition No.8549 of 2007, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to treat the petitioners to have been promoted as Health Supervisors (Now Health Inspector's Gr.I) from 22.03.1989, as was done in the case of Thiru. The O.A. No.5169 of 2002 filed by the petitioners before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal seeking a direction to give notional promotion as Health Supervisors (Now Health Inspector's Gr.I) from 22.03.1989, as was done in the case of Thiru. D.George with all consequential service and monetary benefits, came on transfer and renumbered as the present writ petition. 2.When the matter is taken up today, Mr.K.Mahesh, the learned Special Government Pleader would submit that the issue decided in favour of Mr.D.George was reversed by order dated 11.09.2002 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.3159 of 1999. Further, the identical issue filed by the petitioners in W.P. Nos.19374 and 12447 of 2007 were also
dismissed by this Court citing the order of the Division Bench of this Court.
3. In view of the aforesaid submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader, as per the order dated 11.09.2002 passed by this Court, the Writ petition is dismissed. No Costs. Sd/- Assistant Registrar //True Copy// lbm Sub Assistant Registrar To
