ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.V.Gunasekar, learned counsel for the petitioner;

Mr.S.N.Parthasarthi, learned Government Advocate for respondents 1 to 3, and Mr.A.E.Ravichandran, learned counsel for the fourth respondent.

2. According to the petitioner, the fourth respondent had put up an encroachment in the Odai situated at S.Nos.4, 65, 66, 70 of S.Kulathur Village, Sankarapuram Taluk, Villupuram District, hence, the petitioner is seeking directions to respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 2.5.2018 regarding removal of the said encroachment put up by the fourth respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the said encroachment has been removed.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
