This Sub Application has been filed to reopen the contempt petition which was closed by an order dated 30.07.2021 in Sub Appl.No.196 of 2021 in Contempt Petition Sr.No.41905/2021 in W.P.No.14870 of 2020.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents submitted that order passed by this Court has already been complied with by the 3rd Respondent. A communication sent by the 3rd Respondent to learned Government Pleader dated 20.07.2021 has also been produced to that effect.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader and communication dated 20.07.2021, this Sub Application stands closed. If the Petitioner is aggrieved by the same, it is open to him to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
