PETITION under Section 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Habeas Corpus for a direction, to trace the petitioner's daughter Suriya, D/o Varadharajan, aged about 22 years, to produce the body or person before this Court and set her at liberty.

O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed by the mother of the detenue Suriya for a direction to the respondent to produce the detenue before this Court and set her at liberty.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that her daughter, aged about 22 years, went missing, in connection with which a case in Crime No.3080 of 2015 has been registered by the respondent police on 22.10.2015.
3. Today, when the matter was called, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the detenue was secured on 07.11.2015 and handed over to her parents. He also produced the case diary and we perused the same.

4. In view of the above, nothing further survives in this petition and accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
