(Order of the Court made by M.DURAISWAMY,J.) The petitioner has filed the above Contempt Petition to punish the respondent for the willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 18.03.2019 made in W.P.No. 7865 of 2019.
2. When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, Mr. Manoj Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as Mr. M.Elumalai, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent had complied with the orders of this court dated 18.03.2019 made in W.P.No. 7865 of 2019, by passing an order in the application filed under section 14 of the SARFAESI Act on 01.03.2021, therefore, the Contempt Petition may be closed.
3. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, since the respondent had complied with the orders of this court, the Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs.
