A.No.1906 of 2026 in TOS.No.32 of 2018 DR. A.D. MARIA CLETE, J This application has been filed to implead the proposed 6th respondent as the 7th respondent in the above Testamentary Original Suit.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the proposed 6th respondent is one of the beneficiaries under the Will dated 14.06.2000 of the deceased K.Sita. He would further submit another beneficiary of the Will has already been impleaded as 6th defendant in the suit by this Court by on 05.12.2025 in A.No.5988 of 2025.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and the learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in allowing these applications and also perused the materials available on record.
