quash the same as being contrary to Clause No.9 of the Scheme of Amalgation dated 30.12.2003 an the judgement passed in W.A.No.1455 to 1457 of 2007 and consequently direct the 1st respondent to retain the petitioner in the TNSTC ( Villupuram Division -I). The Writ Petition has been filed to call for the order bearing Ref.No.Ka.Ku.Na.142/7264/Ni5/Ta.Na.Aa.Po.Ka(Vi.Mu)/2011 dated 08.08.2011 passed by the 1st respondent and to quash the same as being contrary to Clause No.9 of the Scheme of Amalgation dated 30.12.2003 an the judgement passed in W.A.No.1455 to 1457 of 2007 and consequently direct the 1st respondent to retain the petitioner in the TNSTC ( Villupuram Division -I).

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the counsel for the petitioner submitted that, petitioner got retired during March 2023 on attaining the age superannuation. Hence, nothing survives in this petition.

3. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that nothing survives in this petition since petitioner already retired from service, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
