Application for rectification of mistake in C.No.V/15/18-29/2002-SC dated 08.12.2005 and consequently direct the 1st respondent to determine the duty liability on Rs.61,35,781/- pursuant to the revised demand/showcause notice and forbear the 1st respondent from adjusting the seized Indian currency of Rs.8.00 lakhs from the 2nd respondent towards duty liability.
