This Court by its earlier order dated 20.01.2020 recorded the memo filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner informing this Court that he reports no instruction in this matter. Thereafter, this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the petitioner and posted the matter for hearing today. Accordingly, Registry has printed the name of the petitioner, however, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner once again. It can now be inferred that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting these writ petitions. Accordingly, these writ petitions are dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
