This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 14.12.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.25591 of 2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall continue to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a further period of 10 days and thereafter weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
