Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for respondents. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has made an online application to the respondents on 09.06.2023, seeking to survey the land situated at Keelapuliyur (South), Kunnam Taluk in S.No.390/8 (Old S.No.204/1), by paying requisite fees vide e-challan. Since no fruitful orders are forthcoming, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the matter, directs the respondents to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 09.06.2023, pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as rival claimants/interested parties/objectors, if any, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
