ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed by the order dated 17.11.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.20809 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.1711 of 2025, whereby the petitioner was directed to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties, in which one surety must be a blood related surety, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Krishnagiri, Krishnagiri District.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the condition may be modified to allow the petitioner to execute the bond with two local sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Krishnagiri, Krishnagiri District.

3. Considering the request and the fact that the petitioner is still in custody, this Court is inclined to modify the condition in the order dated 17.11.2025. Accordingly, the condition shall read as follows: "5.(a)The petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two local sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Krishnagiri, Krishnagiri District".
