This Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 189 days in filing the above C.M.A.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 4. Though notice have been served on the respondents 5 and 6 and names have also been printed in the cause list, none entered on behalf of them.

3. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned. Hence, this petition is ordered as prayed for.

4. Registry is directed to number the C.M.A., if it is otherwise in order and list the same in due course.
