PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the respondents 2 and 3 in connection with the impugned seniority list published in Na.Ka.No.505/A4/2011 dated 11.07.2011 and the rejection order issued in Na.Ka.No.776A4 dated 02.08.2011 respectively and quash the same and direct the respondents to restore the seniority of the petitioner in SI.No.3 and grant him all consequential service and monetary benefits and grant such other further relief. ORDER

The Writ Petition is filed calling for the records of the respondents 2 and 3 in connection with the impugned seniority list published in Na.Ka.No.505/A4/2011 dated 11.07.2011 and the rejection order issued in Na.Ka.No.776A4 dated 02.08.2011 respectively and quash the same and direct the respondents to restore the seniority of the petitioner in 2/4

SI.No.3 and grant him all consequential service and monetary benefits and grant such other further relief.

2.When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has become infructuous and therefore, nothing survives in this Writ Petition for adjudication. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court record. 3.In view of the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, that this matter has become infructuous and nothing survives for adjudication, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
