Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the first respondent herein passed in Letter No.14647/FS2/2016-11 dated 07.08.2017 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to include the petitioner's name in the regular list of Assistant Engineers/Junior Engineers fit for promotion as Assistant Executive Engineers drawn for the year 2015-16 in the appropriate place and promote the petitioner notionally as Assistant Executive Engineer with effect from 04.03.2016 and consequently direct the respondents herein to revise the petitioner's retirement benefits as Assistant Executive Engineer.

ORDER

When the matter was taken up today for hearing, Mr.Ravi Shanmugam, learned counsel appearing for petitioner on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

instructions, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition. In this regard, on behalf of petitioner, memo was filed seeking withdrawal of the petition. 2.The Memo filed by the petitioner is taken on record. Recording said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for petitioner, this Court permits the petitioner to with draw this present writ petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However there shall be no order as to costs.
