Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 7 to provide a compensation of Rupees 20 lakhs, for illegally disturbing the petitioner's peaceful enjoyment and possession of the property bearing Survey No.3/3A at No.103/5 A6, Salem Main Road, P.N.Patty Village, Mettur and causing illegal demolition of the premises constructed thereunder, in violation of as many as 5 distinct orders of Stay and Injunction granted on various occasions by this Court.

Even, today, there is no representation for the petitioner either in person or through his learned Counsel.
