ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.OP No. 18623 of 2025 by order dated 10.07.2025, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

GBI 2.When the matter was came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police reported that the case has been investigated and the final report is filed as a mistake of fact.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP No. 18623 of 2025 by order dated 10.07.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
